Our Box Office is open dang near every day except for Sundays. Box Office hours are 9:30am - 5pm(non-show days)/ 9:30am - 10pm (show days). You will find Miss Rosie, Grinnin' Linda, Dawn and Miss Katie, our Box Office gals, quite friendly.

The following items should be included in all reservation requests:

* date you plan to attend
* number of adults in your party
* number of seniors in your party
* number of teens, children, free children
* name as it appears on the credit card
* credit card number and expiration date
* a phone number where we can reach you if needed
* a mailing or email address where a confirmation can be sent

We do ask for a credit card number to hold your order for pick-up at our ticket window. Your tickets will be held under your "last name". This guarantees your tickets will be held right up to show time. Your card will not be charged until you pick-up the tickets. All cancellations must be received by 5pm the day of the show by calling (865). Failure to give proper notice will result in the full order price being charged to your credit card.

You may also make reservations without a credit card. Ticket order MUST be picked-up by 6pm the day of the show at our Box Office.

Doors open at 6:45pm - Pre-Show at 7:10pm - Show starts at 7:30pm. All tickets are held under your last name.

WE'RE EASY TO FIND!!! The Ole Smoky Hoedown is located between numbered traffic lights "1" and "1A" at the North end of Pigeon Forge on The Smoky Mountain Parkway.
